Joanne took on the role of Sandmann in a concert performance of Humperdinck’s Hänsel und Gretel with the London Euphonia Orchestra conducted by Callum Morton Hüseyin.

Joanne took on the role of Helmwige in a workshop performance of Act 3 of Wagner’s Die Walküre by Weekend Opera Workshops.

Joanne was the Winner of Opera Festival Scotland’s Non-Professional 30+ Singing Competition, designed to showcase the talent which exists across communities and celebrate singers who did not have the opportunity to study music at an earlier stage in their life.
